Romanian striker Adrian Mutu moved to Chelsea for big money and he started his career at the club on the right path until things went downhill for him amidst a lot of controversies. Adrian Mutu was not far from the newspapers for the wrong reasons most times during his stay in West London. His transfer has been rated as one of the worst under the Roman Abramovich reign according to an article from English publication Football London.

On April 7, Fiorentina locked horns with Juventus at the ArtemioFranchi Stadium as both clubs were competing in order to get into the finals of the Coppa Italia and it was Juventus which came out on top as they claimed a 3-0 victory which finalized in an aggregate scoreboard of 4-2 which was more than enough for the team of MassimilianoAllegri to book their spot in the finals of the Italian competition.

Fiorentina is competing in the Europa League and is competing in the top 5 spots of the Italian League, Serie A. The side of Vincenzo Montella is undergoing a stable and promising season but according to the 40 year old Italian manager, Montella believes that the defeat they suffered against Juventus will have a big effect on his players and the manager is starting to get concerned.

“We have to find an explanation, but it’s not a physical issue. It’s probably a psychological one, because probably the midweek defeat really hit our confidence hard. We didn’t expect to lose so heavily to Juventus and that also is a concern. What does worry me is their mental state, as over the last five or six days I’ve seen a different team.I don’t like this team and it’s up to me to give them a different motivation and spur them on to change tack.”Fiorentina’s Vincenzo Montella told the media.
